I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – minimalism does not come naturally to me. Nature would much more prefer me to live in a house where only one room is usable, and you have to tunnel through 17,000 old local newspapers to get to it.
Back in June last year I started a run of posts on getting rid of things that had a sentimental attachment. I only got as far as doing two, and I’ve now realised one was a vicious LIE. I never got rid of those Hermes cards, I found them hiding in my sewing box!!
To be honest I don’t think I ever really intended to get rid of them… I remember I did list them on eBay, no-one wanted them, and then I was super relieved. So new life goal – get a Hermes scarf so the cards become useful instead! One-day I intend to be entirely wrapped in £300 scarves, and not for the first time… 😉
